Targeting the Health Conscience Consumer - Getting Fit and Having Fun
Students and community members have full use of the Tait McKenzie Centre recreational facilities year-round. On average 2,500 people use the facilities on a daily basis, making the Tait McKenzie Centre one of the busiest buildings on campus. Last year, the recreation program hosted 7,500 participants and a daily average of 891 participants in the fitness centre, making it one of the largest membership fitness facilities in the GTA. This is a example opportunity to target that health conscience young adult consumer through stationary pos, multimedia screens and product sampling.

Quest for the Torch
Students can participate in more than 44 intramural tournament and league sports through their colleges or individual teams. The annual battle for the York Torch is hotly contested. Contact marketing office for opportunities to reach this active sports minded student population.
