CONDITIONS OF REFUND
- All refund requests must be in writing to the taitmck@yorku.ca account. All requests must include the Order Number and specific item(s) from that order being refunded.
MEMBERSHIPS
- York University Undergraduate & Graduate Students
- To be eligible for a full refund, requests must be submitted within 10 days of the date of purchase, no refunds will be permitted after the 10 day period.
- YUELI, Continuing Education Students, York Affiliates & Community
- To be eligible for a full refund, requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.
- If submitted more than 10 days after the date of purchase, the price will be pro-rated based on the remaining time on the membership as well as a $15 admin fee applied. No refund will be permitted if there is 10 days or less left on the membership.
- There are no group classes on the Markham campus from May 1 – Sept 1.
- All payroll deduction cancelations require 30 days notice.
LOCKER/TOWEL
- To be eligible for a full refund, requests must be submitted within 10 days of the start date of the locker/towel service.
- There are no refunds after the 10 days.
CHILD AND YOUTH CAMPS
- To be eligible for a full refund, refund requests for a specific camp must be submitted 10 days before the first day of the specific camp.
- If a refund request is submitted within the 10 days, a $50 admin fee will be applied to each camp being refunded.
- No refunds will be permitted on, or after the first day of camps.
- No partial refunds will be issued for missed days.
REGISTERED PROGRAMS
- To be eligible for a full refund, requests must be submitted 10 days before the first class.
- All refunds within 10 days of the start of the course must be submitted to the Program Coordinator.

Swim Lessons/Private Swim Lessons
- Refunds will only be issued if a class is cancelled by A&R. There will be no refunds issued for missed classes due to participant attendance.
- After the 3rd scheduled class, no refunds will be approved.
Personal Training Sessions
- The WITS Testing No-Show Fee will be refunded upon attendance to the testing session. If client does not attend a testing session, the $75 fee would not be returned to the client.
Personal Training and Nutrition
- All personal training and nutrition packages are valid for one (1) year starting from the date of purchase. No refund is available after six (6) months from purchase.
Payment Plans:
- Personal training payment plan options may only be purchased one at a time. Any multi-purchased initial payment of any personal training package will be refunded without notice to the purchaser.
- Plan payments for any program are non-refundable.
INTRAMURALS
**All Intramural refund requests must go through imsports@yorku.ca
Individual/Team Registrations
Refund
- Full Refund before schedules are released.
- After the first week of play to the end of the second week of play the following fees apply:
- Individual Fees - $15
- Team Fees - $30
- Hockey Fees - $50
- No refund after the second week of play
Transfers
- Can transfer between divisions within a sports league prior to the end of the regular season.
- Can only perform transfer once per season
PRIDE SHOP
- Refund are permitted within 10 day from the date of purchase
- To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unworn, unwashed and tags still on/in original packaging
- Client must have the original receipt or order in the system must be attached to their name/email/phone number.
- Clearance items are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable items
- Reusable drinkware (including water bottles, mugs, etc)
- Pants/shorts
- Any balls/birdies, goggles, locks, swim items
