Led by our certified and trained spin instructors, these high-energy classes will leave your heart pounding, your legs aching and you asking for more. Classes are set with a high energy level and tempo music to keep invigorated and motivated. Work outs are designed so you work at your pace! Price is for one session only for 8 weeks of one day and time.

In these small group training sessions you'll learn exactly what you need to do to achieve a powerful, lean and athletic body. By the end of this class, you'll have the confidence to walk into any gym, knowing that you have all the right tools to get the results you've always wanted.

Looking for the next edge in training? Look no further, five days a week of TRX! Campus Recreation staff will push you through a series of exercises using your own body and our TRX system.
